7 days tour from Tangier starting from your location ( airport, port, your hotel, or railway ) where our Driver/ Guide will meet you. You will have a tour first around the modern city of Tangier vising the Herclus cave and Cap Spartel, then you will continue your journey entering the Rif and reaching Chefchaouen, Berber city meaning “horn”, beautiful location, where the contrast of the white and bleu houses arranged in different planes on the highlighted green area irrigated by the river. Dinner and overnight at Hotel or riad.
After Breakfast, we will leave Chefchaouen towards the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. You will explore the 2000-year-old ruins and learn about life during the Roman Empire. Lunch will be served in Meknes, Founded in the 11th century by the Almoravids as a military settlement. We will take you on a tour around the highlights of Meknes. Then you will head off to Fes. Overnight in your authentic Riad including breakfast.
After breakfast, you will begin the tour of the medina with a local guide, one of the world’s largest walled in cities. You will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets, and many other art objects of Morocco. A visit to the King Palace, the tanneries, and potters are just a few places you will experience. For lunch, you will eat in a traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina. After lunch in the late afternoon, we will take you to a panoramic view in which you can see all the old town of Fes and enjoy the sunset from the top. Return to your Riad in the evening. Bed and breakfast.
The departure from the Riad shall be after breakfast. The trip from Fes to Merzouga Sand Dunes will take around 8 hours in which we will see the Atlas Mountains and some villages (Timhdit, Zaida, and Er-rich). We will stop in some cities like Ifrane the European city and Azrou to enjoy the view of the cedar woods and monkeys living there. Lunch will be served in Midelt. Then we will keep going through the Ziz valley which has beautiful views of the palm trees. When we get to the edge of sand dunes where the camels are waiting for you for riding to the Berber camp where you spend the night. first night in the desert in Berber Camp including dinner and breakfast.
Today you will wake up early to enjoy the sunrise, then after having your breakfast, we will explore the desert using the 4*4 car. You will have the opportunity to see the nomad families living in tents and discover their way of life. We will visit the ‘black village’ of Khamlia to see the Gnawa musicians and to play with them their spiritual music. After that, we will drive 40 km to Rissani traditional town which was the origin of the ruling family in Morocco and the meeting place of the Caravans trading as far as Timbuktu in Mali. We will visit its traditional market. here will have the Berber Piza in lunch cooked in the traditional oven. After that return to the desert to enjoy again the sunset, and the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Overnight in authentic Riad including dinner and breakfast.
Wake up early to see the spectacular sunrise, where the color of the dunes and the play of shadows are an awesome sight. after having breakfast. We will leave for Ouarzazate. Stop in Erfoud, famous for its fossilized marbles, where you will visit the workshop production of marble fossils. Continue to the Todra Gorges which is an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own. Have lunch then drive through Dades valley and rose valley where our last stop will be for a break. We continue through the Road of a Thousand-Kasbahs passing the Skoura palm grove until we arrive at Ouarzazate known as “Hollywood of Morocco”. Overnight in your hotel/riad including dinner and breakfast.
Today it is our last journey of 7days tour from Tangierin which you will start by shortstop providing to take some photographic shots of the Taourirt kasbah, then we will drive 30 minutes to reach one of the oldest Berber villages and World UNESCO heritage Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah where many international movies showed ( Game of throne, Gladiator… ) then continue through Tizi n’ tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains with numerous stops for bird-views and also for having breaks till we reach the red-city Marrakech. Overnight in your accommodation in Marrakech.

We started our 4-day trip from Marrakech, visiting Ouzazate, the gorges of the todra, the gorges of dades, Merzouga and Rissani accompanied by Salah and Ali, who every day accompanied us around Morocco in a Van. Everything was organized perfectly, Ali spoke in Italian and introduced us to Berber culture. The facilities were all welcomes you is suggestive. We were guided by Salah and Ali who showed us the true Berber culture making us fully experience Morocco. Colors, scents, spices, smiles, culture, all this was possible thanks to Mbark Bakabou of Magic Sahara Tours who organized the trip very well. Wonderful riad in Marrakech, the exceptional desert camp. Great food especially with the tasting of Berber pizza in one of our stops where our Ali and Salah took us. We visited Marrakech with an exceptional and highly trained Guide, our friend Abdou Guide Maroc Moukouch Our tour included: - Marrakech - Valle del Dades - Todra Gorge - Merzouga Desert - Draa Valley - Ourzazate This was a taste....but we will come back to visit the rest of the country! JasonGar2024-06-18Amazing Desert Tour Our family of 4 had the pleasure of using Magic Sahara Tours for our desert tour this summer. As I'm now in my 50's, I like to travel in a little more comfort than I did in my college years, and Magic Sahara did not disappoint! I will also add that I compared several companies in the luxury category, and I felt their price was very competitive in relation to the accommodations and services offered. After initially reviewing their tour options online, I contacted Mohammed via the website. His response was prompt and he was very helpful customizing a trip for our needs. Our tour would go from Marrakech to Fes. So as not to be rushed, we opted for a 4N/5D. This gave us two nights in the desert, 1 at a luxury tent camp and 1 at a very nice resort. Our fantastic driver/guide Mubarak picked us up promptly at our hotel in Marrakech. The van was well maintained, comfortable and his driving was careful and courteous. Mubarak was very pleasant and thorough in answering our many questions about the area and its peoples. We really enjoyed our time with him. One of the many highlights of our trip was eating lunch at his families home where we met his lovely mother, a brother, sister in law and some nieces and nephews. The hospitality they showed us will not soon be forgotten! Rather than go on and on about our incredible trip, I will just say that if you are looking to do a desert tour (or probably ANY tour in Morocco because they do more than just the desert) I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Mohammed and Mubarak for an incredible experience! Our family had a fantastic time!

The organization was impeccable, Mubarak proved to be a helpful, kind and precise person. During the excursions to Marrakech and Fes, we were organized a tour with very knowledgeable guides who spoke in Italian. This allowed us to appreciate and get to know this country even more. A place where people greet you, even if they don't know you, and where the nervous system settles down and doesn't get nervous. Where everything is true, even the less beautiful things, because here everything is life. This is what Morocco was for me. The organization was impeccable, Mubarak was available from the first telephone contact, he tried to support and satisfy our every need. We appreciated his kindness, friendliness, precision and attention so that everything was perfect and we were happy (the fresh water before each trip, the break with the oranges peeled by him) because his motto is 'If you're happy, I 'I'm happy too'. We had the opportunity to do a 5-day tour of the imperial cities from Marrakech, passing through Casablanca, Rabat, Meckness and Volubilis, finishing our tour in Fes. Mubarak relied on two guides who spoke Italian (Abdul and Yusef) who were super smart, friendly and helpful. They told us about the beauty, culture and history of this magnificent land. Having had a guide in Marrakech and Fes allowed us to skip several queues at the main monuments and to visit a ceramics cooperative in Fes. The feeling you get after this trip is what many call 'The sickness of Africa', it is that nostalgia that remains with you after visiting Africa and you feel nothing but the desire to return. Carmen P2024-05-21A magical experience The Morocco experience turned out to be a real surprise! We trusted and relied on our driver Ally who pampered us and guided us around the Moroccan cities truly thinking of everything! Hotels and riads selected and chosen by them proved to live up to our expectations! The desert experience was nothing short of magical. Thanks to Ally we did not feel the weight and tiredness of the distances traveled during these 6 days in which we visited six different cities. We were able to experience this trip without thinking about anything other than having fun and enjoying the Moroccan beauties! The proposed tour is absolutely recommended, not very touristy and very fascinating!

We chose the 4-day tour proposed by Magic Sahara tours to discover the south of Morocco. We crossed the High Atlas, passing through Berber villages, the Dades Gorges, the Rose Valley and enjoyed beautiful landscapes and sunsets. The facilities that hosted us were above expectations, very beautiful and with attention to every detail. The Merzouga desert experience deserves a special mention. We were welcomed by Youssef and his friends as if we were at home, in a very intimate place, and we discovered a starry sky never seen before, sang and talked around the fire. The people who live in the desert and in the villages that surround it are fantastic and friendly people, who want to tell their stories and convey the best of their culture. There have certainly been tourist stops, in any case very beautiful, but the added value of staying with a local guide is that of being able to also enjoy authentic places, untouched by mass tourism (such as Rissani and its market) and being able to get to know the local people. What about our driver, Lhoucine is a nice, cheerful and professional person, attentive to our needs. We thank Magic Sahara tours and highly recommend it to discover Morocco.
