9 Days tour from Tangier

Today Our 9 Days tour from Tangier will begin from your riad/hotel in Marrakech to Dades Gorge which takes around 8 hours driving with stops and visits along the way. We’ll drive through Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2260m) in the High Atlas Mountains where you will have the opportunity to take some perfect landscape photos. We will visit Ksar Ait Ben Haddou kasbahs which are recognized by UNESCO as a world patrimony. It is also the best place for famous cinema directors, where many international movies filmed such as ( Game of Throne, Gladiator…). Lunch will be served in a local restaurant in the Kasbah, then we will drive to Ouarzazate with the option to visit the Atlas Studios and Taourirt Kasbah. We continue towards natural landscapes the “Roses Valley”, famous for its rose water, and artisanal distillation factories.

Upon arrival at Boumalne Dades, Following Dades River on a tiny road passing by different fortified Kasbahs located on the side of the road to Dades Gorge. Overnight in an authentic hotel/riad including bed, dinner, and breakfast.

After breakfast at your hotel in Dades Valley, our journey today will start today with a drive to the Oasis of Tinghir, where we will deviate to a minor road driving along Todra Valley till we reach Todra Gorges which are currently one of the most popular rock climbing destinations in Morocco. you may have a walk between their huge rock walls, you might even discover some rustic Berber villages where you can enjoy a cup of tea with the nomads of this region.

Lunch will be served along the way. After, we will continue to Merzouga driving through some rocky desert landscape. Meet our camel caravan, and ride your camels through the amazing color-changing sand dunes with the sunset on the horizon as a backdrop. We reach our Sahara desert camp before darkness.

After some time to admire the sand dunes and the surrounding landscapes, get ready for a Moroccan dinner served under the stars next to the campfire. Late at night, local nomads hosts will be entertaining you with their drums and singing the local songs. Overnight in Berber camp including bed, dinner, and breakfast.

Today you will wake up early to enjoy the sunrise, then after having your breakfast, we will explore the desert using the 4*4 car.

You will have the opportunity to see the nomad families living in tents and discover their way of life. We will visit the ‘black village’ of Khamlia to see the Gnawa musicians and to play with them their spiritual music.

After that, we will drive 40 km to Rissani traditional town which was the origin of the ruling family in Morocco and the meeting place of the Caravans trading as far as Timbuktu in Mali. We will visit its traditional market. here will have the Berber Piza in lunch cooked in a traditional oven.

After that return to the desert to enjoy again the sunset, and the unique beauty of the spectacular Merzouga sand dunes.

Wake up early to see the spectacular sunrise, where the color of the dunes and the play of shadows are an awesome sight. Then after having your breakfast you may return either by camels or by 4*4 car to the edge of the sand dunes where you will meet your driver.

You will leave Sahara to Fes via Erfoud, and Ziz valley then stopping for a panoramic view of the oasis of Aoufous of Tafilalte region. We will cross the Tizi-n-Talghumt pass (1907m) to reach Midelt where we will have our lunch.

Then we will drive and admiring one scene after another. The dramatic landscape change is amazing, from the apple city to the Middle Atlas Mountains, till we reach the largest cedar forest in Morocco to enjoy the view of the cedar woods and feed monkeys living there. Later on, we will have a stop in the European city Ifrane which looks different from all that we have seen during this trip. Then we continue to Fes.

Overnight in authentic Riad in Fes including breakfast.

After breakfast, you will begin the tour of the medina with a local guide, one of the world’s largest walled in cities. You will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets, and many other art objects of Morocco. A visit to the King Palace, the tanneries, and potters are just a few places you will experience. For lunch, you will eat in a traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina. After lunch, you will complete the tour. In the late afternoon, we will take you to a panoramic view in which you can see all the old town of Fes and enjoy the sunset from the top.

Return to your Riad in the evening. Bed and breakfast included.

After breakfast at the riad continues our 6 Days Marrakech desert tour to Chefchaouen, we will drive about 4 hours from Fes to Chefchaouen.

Upon your arrival at the ” blue city “, which is a Morocco popular tourist attraction. It is as well a welcoming town situated in the Rif Mountains south of the Mediterranean coastline in The Northwest of Morocco. The gorgeous Bleu City is known for its traditional buildings. Enjoy a walk to explore the white and blue washed walls of the Medina and the markets that offer some unique native handicrafts. Chefchaouen is a fantastic destination for photography lovers with its wonderful views of the Rif Mountains.

Today is our last day of 9 days tour from Tangier, we will leave Chefchaouen for Tangier which is in about 2 hours when we get there, we will take you to the most sightseeing of the modern city of Tangier vising the Herclus cave and Cap Spartel. After we will transfer you to your destination, Hotel/airport/port.
